About the role

Position Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented IT Procurement Professional
  • with 5-7 years of proven expertise for strategic sourcing and procurement of IT
  • products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procuring IT hardware, software, cloud services, SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, and professional services. The role requires end-to-end ownership of procurement activities, supplier relationship management, commercial negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and procurement governance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

  •  End-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, cloud services, SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, data center infrastructure, and technology services.
  •  Proven experience in procurement of IT infrastructure, software licensing,
  • cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, and managed services.
  •  Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business
  • objectives and technology roadmaps.
  •  Manage the complete sourcing lifecycle, including requirement gathering,
  • market assessment, RFI/RFP/RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiations, and contract award.
  •  Drive competitive bidding and supplier selection to achieve optimum
  • commercial and technical outcomes.

Commercial & Contract Management

  •  Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, SLAs, licensing models,
  • support agreements, renewals, and long-term contracts.
  •  Ensure timely execution of contracts in collaboration with Legal, Finance,
  • Information Security, and business stakeholders.
  •  Manage contract renewals, amendments, vendor obligations, and commercial
  • risk throughout the contract lifecycle.
  •  Deliver measurable cost savings while optimizing Total Cost of Ownership
  • (TCO).

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  •  Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, system
  • integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners.
  •  Conduct supplier performance reviews, governance meetings, and business
  • reviews to improve service quality and vendor performance.
  •  Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Finance, Legal, Risk, and business
  • teams to understand procurement requirements and deliver timely sourcing
  • support.
  •  Act as a trusted procurement advisor to business stakeholders on sourcing
  • strategies and commercial decisions.
