- Connect with Paytm's existing merchant base over calls.
- Understand the merchant's business and marketing requirements.
- Explain how Pi Commerce helps generate new customers.
- Conduct online product demonstrations through screen sharing.
- Resolve customer queries and handle objections confidently.
- Follow up with interested merchants via calls and WhatsApp.
- Update lead status, demos, and sales progress in CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activation targets.
- Share customer feedback to help improve the product.
