About the role

Are you a dynamic and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources? We are looking for a talented HR Executive to join our team at Quantazone.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
  • 2. Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
  • 3. Conduct initial screening, schedule, and conduct interviews.
  • 4. Plan and conduct training sessions for sales candidates.
  • 5. Ensure smooth coordination from interview to onboarding.
  • 6. Plan and execute effective employee engagement activities.
  • 7. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • 8. Meet weekly/monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets.

Other Requirements

  • 1. Passing year: 2026, or 2027.
  • 2. Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably in hiring for sales roles.
  • 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 4. Strong sourcing and screening ability using multiple platforms.
  • 5. Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
